1.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and for personal, non-commercial viewing. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, create derivative works, publicly display, scrape, mirror, or exploit any Site content without prior written permission from Vestali.

1.2 Accuracy + Availability

We strive for accuracy, but the Site and content may be updated, corrected, or removed at any time without notice. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.

1.3 Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third parties (including FDP). Vestali is not responsible for third-party sites, policies, or practices.

2.1 Authorized Acquisition Channels

At present, Vestali works are made available for acquisition primarily through Fairfax Dorn Projects (“FDP”), an authorized sales partner. Any purchase, deposit, invoice, payment processing, taxes, and shipping arrangements may be handled through FDP under FDP’s transactional terms in addition to these Vestali terms.

Future direct sales: Vestali may offer direct purchase options in the future. If and when Vestali sells directly, these Sales Terms apply to Vestali transactions as well.

2.2 Made-to-Order, Limited Edition, and Bespoke Works

Vestali works are made to order, limited edition, and/or bespoke commissioned works produced through specialized fabrication and heritage craft processes.

Because natural materials and hand processes are central to the work, variations are inherent and expected, including but not limited to:

• patina, oxidation, tonal shifts

• inclusions and optical variation in quartz and gemstones

• surface marks consistent with hand-finishing

• stone porosity and mineral variation
  These are not defects.

2.3 Final Sale — No Returns, No Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS. NO EXCHANGES.
Due to made-to-order production and the nature of limited and commissioned works, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including preference, interpretation, minor variation, natural material characteristics, or environmental response (e.g., patina).

2.4 Deposits, Production, and Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated in writing on the invoice:

• Deposits (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.

• If cancellation is permitted in writing prior to production start, administrative, design, and/or sourcing fees may apply.

2.5 Lead Times

Lead times are estimates and may change due to artisan scheduling, material availability, engineering/fabrication requirements, or site-specific constraints. Delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

2.6 Shipping, Delivery, Risk of Loss

Shipping and white-glove delivery may be arranged through FDP and/or third-party carriers. Risk of loss and title transfer are governed by the invoice and delivery terms issued by the selling entity (FDP or Vestali). Buyers must inspect packaging and contents upon delivery and report visible shipping damage immediately to the carrier and the seller (FDP or Vestali), within the timeframe required by the carrier.

3.1 Copyright

All content on this Site—including text, photographs, images, videos, drawings, diagrams, renders, product descriptions, activation guides, care guides, PDFs, and the selection/arrangement of content—is protected by copyright and owned by Vestali Studio, LLC and/or its licensors. All rights reserved.

3.2 Trademarks

VESTALI, VESTALI STUDIO, VESTALI ALTARS, and associated names, product names, logos, and marks are trademarks and/or service marks of Vestali Studio, LLC (registered and/or common law). Unauthorized use is prohibited.

3.3 Patents / Patent Pending

Vestali designs may include functional, mechanical, and/or ornamental elements protected by issued patents and/or patent-pending applications. Unauthorized making, using, selling, offering for sale, importing, reproducing, or reverse engineering Vestali designs, mechanisms, or systems is prohibited.

3.4 No License Granted

Nothing on this Site grants any license or right to use Vestali intellectual property without express written permission.

3.5 Press + Editorial Use

Press/editorial requests must be authorized in writing to info@vestalistudio.com Approved use requires proper credit and adherence to any image/text guidelines supplied by Vestali and/or FDP.

Vestali works are functional sculptures and contemplative instruments. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any reference to “alignment,” “coherence,” “activation,” “energy,” or similar language describes design intent and experiential use—not clinical outcomes.

5.1 Light and Sunlight Caution (Quartz)

Quartz spheres and precision-cut crystals can concentrate sunlight, potentially creating localized hot spots. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight on quartz elements near flammable materials (textiles, paper, dried botanicals, etc.). Use indirect or diffused light.

5.2 Fragile and Sharp Elements

Some components (including precision-cut crystal points) may be sharp and fragile. Handle with care, use two hands, and keep away from children and unstable surfaces.

5.3 Fire, Smoke, Oils, and Liquids

If your practice uses flame, smoke, resins, herbs, oils, or liquids: use appropriate holders and vessels and follow all local fire safety guidelines. Vestali is not responsible for damage or injury arising from improper handling, placement, or environmental exposure.

6.1 Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in writing by the seller (FDP or Vestali) in an invoice or certificate, Vestali provides the Site and works without warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Natural wear and environmental response—including patina, oxidation, micro-scratches, and stone variation—are not defects.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vestali (and its members, employees, contractors, partners, and affiliates) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. Vestali’s total liability for any claim related to the Site or a work will not exceed the amount paid for the work to the seller, or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is greater.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or related to these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado (and you consent to personal jurisdiction there), unless the seller’s invoice states otherwise for a specific transaction.

Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Venue. Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

International Sales. Vestali works are offered internationally. If you reside outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where Vestali and its service providers operate. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have under mandatory laws of your country of residence (to the extent such laws apply).

Invoice Controls. Where a purchase is made through Fairfax Dorn Projects (FDP) or another authorized seller, the invoice and seller terms may include additional provisions (including jurisdiction, shipping terms, inspection windows, and dispute procedures). In the event of a conflict regarding a transaction, the seller’s invoice terms control for that transaction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
