Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Venue. Except where prohibited by applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
International Sales. Vestali works are offered internationally. If you reside outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information may be processed and stored in the United States and other jurisdictions where Vestali and its service providers operate. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have under mandatory laws of your country of residence (to the extent such laws apply).
Invoice Controls. Where a purchase is made through Fairfax Dorn Projects (FDP) or another authorized seller, the invoice and seller terms may include additional provisions (including jurisdiction, shipping terms, inspection windows, and dispute procedures). In the event of a conflict regarding a transaction, the seller’s invoice terms control for that transaction.
Governing Law, Venue,
and International Sales
Natural Wear and Material Variation. Vestali works are made from natural materials and finished by hand. Patina, oxidation, tonal shift, micro-scratches, inclusions, and stone porosity/variation are inherent characteristics of these materials and processes and are not defects.
No Replacement Obligation. Vestali is not responsible for changes in appearance due to normal handling, environmental exposure (humidity, air composition, salt air, sunlight), or routine use.
Service and Replacement Options (If Available). If you request repair, refinishing, re-plating, re-setting, or replacement of components, Vestali and/or FDP may offer service options at the client’s expense, subject to feasibility, material availability, and schedule. Any service or replacement will be quoted and approved in writing before work begins. Shipping, insurance, duties/taxes, and handling fees may apply.
